A cleanup plan for existing stations and dog-use areas

Pet waste stations give residents and visitors a place to collect and dispose of dog waste. The nearby ground and collection point still need a plan. Poopy Poochy can discuss station-area cleanup as part of a commercial pet waste removal quote.

For an existing station, tell us about the surrounding dog-use area, collection bin, bag dispenser, and access. Ask about waste collection, bin emptying, supplies, and the desired visit frequency. Tasks and supplies are included only when specified in the confirmed property plan.

We do not assume the same workload for every property. A station beside a heavily used pet relief area can need a different plan from a quieter corner of a community.

Shared properties we can discuss

Apartments and rental communities

Identify pet relief areas, common lawns, station locations, and the parts of the property included in the requested cleanup.

HOAs and condominiums

Define the common grounds separately from private yards and name the person who can approve the plan, access, and supplies.

Dog parks and pet relief areas

Describe the boundaries, use patterns, collection points, and available access so an appropriate cleanup scope can be discussed.

Senior living and managed grounds

Share the outdoor areas dogs use, any access requirements, and the preferred point of contact for service updates.

Schedule and quote the property as a whole

Station count is one part of the estimate

The surrounding grounds, waste buildup, access, and agreed tasks can matter as much as the number of stations. Commercial pricing is property-specific and is confirmed before service.

Household per-visit prices and residential route-day eligibility do not automatically define a commercial plan. Tell us the frequency you want so we can check availability for the property.

Start with the work your property needs

Ask about recurring common-area scooping, a one-time buildup cleanup, and cleanup around existing stations. If you need station installation, repairs, or specialized work, describe that separately so availability and scope can be confirmed; those tasks are not included by default.

Questions before you request a plan

Is pet waste station cleanup the same as scooping the common grounds?

They can be parts of one plan, but the tasks are different. Identify both the ground areas and the station tasks you want included so Poopy Poochy can confirm the scope.

Are bag refills and collection-bin emptying included?

Ask about them in the property request. The confirmed plan specifies the included station tasks and who supplies the bags and other materials.

Do you provide pet waste station installation or repairs?

Those tasks are not included by default. Describe the work separately so availability and scope can be confirmed before any agreement.

Can an HOA, apartment community, or dog park request a quote?

Yes. Share the full address, contact person, station count, cleanup areas, access, and desired frequency. We confirm a property-specific plan and quote.

What does commercial pet waste cleanup cost?

The estimate depends on the grounds, station count, buildup, access, frequency, and agreed supplies and tasks. Contact Poopy Poochy for the property-specific quote.
